Privacy policy

How enquiry data is used and how to exercise your data protection rights.

2. Data processed and its source

The form collects the name, telephone number, email address, town, requested service and message provided directly by the person concerned. When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you share is processed to answer the enquiry. Avoid including particularly sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The data is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate communications relating to the request. When a proposal or service is requested, processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the person concerned. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of consent given when submitting them. This form does not subscribe anyone to marketing communications.

A local arithmetic captcha, security checks and submission limits protect the form against abuse. These measures are based on the legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of the website. You can request information or object to this processing through the data controller’s contact details.

4. Required data

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process an enquiry through the form. If you do not provide them, you can contact us by phone. The form is not used for automated decisions with legal effects or for marketing profiling.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them and manage any related responsibilities. If work is commissioned, the documentation is kept for the applicable statutory periods. Once no longer needed, the data will be deleted or its processing blocked where appropriate.

The theme does not store messages in an enquiry database: they are sent to the contact mailbox. Security counters use an identifier derived from the IP address with a website key and expire after ten minutes. Used captcha identifiers expire after one hour. These identifiers are not used for advertising.

6. Recipients and providers

Enquiries are delivered to the mailboxes configured by the data controller and to people authorised to handle them. Hosting and email providers may be involved in the technical delivery of the service. Data will also be disclosed where required by law.

If you use WhatsApp, that service’s terms and policies also apply and may include international processing or transfers. The button does not load an embedded chat: access occurs only when you click it. You can use the phone or form as an alternative.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. Send your request to the data controller’s contact listed above; additional information may be requested only where needed to verify your identity.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Security and updates

Technical and organisational measures are used to protect enquiries. No system guarantees absolute security. The data controller must keep this information up to date when purposes, providers or contact methods change.
